On May 2007, directress  Gladness decided to open the Bollate Restaurant. Her main purpose was to  offer to everybody coming and visiting Arusha a comfortable and nice place where to enjoy peace and good cuisine.
The restaurant is very close to downtown (only 10 minutes walk from the very central Clock Town square), but in spite of this, it is placed in a quite peaceful location, with lots of gardens all around it. The building style is  in old colonial fashion, and equipped with both a very large dining room inside and a comfortable and shady veranda.

‘Bollate’ is the name of a little Italian town, and the banner beside here is the banner of the municipality of Bollate.

Bollate is located in the northern west part of Italy, in the Lomabardia region, and belongs to the district of Milan, one of the most important and well known Italian city

Our chef is learned in Italian cuisine, as well as in the Mexican, Indian and continental one.  The main ingredients of our foods are rice, vegetables, cereal, meat and fish.You can have Italian pizza!
